This is a wellness device with heat, vibration and EMS. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Read this before the first use.
Do not use this device at all if you have
- A pacemaker, a defibrillator, an insulin pump, or any other implanted electronic device
- A diagnosed heart rhythm condition
- Epilepsy
Do not use it over
- Metal implants or plates
- Open wounds, broken skin, a rash, or a recent scar
- The front or sides of the throat
- The head or face
- Varicose veins, or an area that is swollen, hot or bruised
- Numb skin, or any area where you cannot feel temperature properly
Do not use it if you are
- Pregnant, or within sixty days of giving birth
- Being treated for anything at all, until you have asked whoever is treating you
Using it safely
- Start on the lowest heat and the lowest intensity. Work up only if you want to.
- Keep it moving. Do not hold a heated plate still on one patch of skin.
- Use the glide oil. A dry plate drags and that is how skin gets irritated.
- Two to ten minutes on an area is plenty. The device shuts itself off after ten minutes.
- Stop if it hurts, stings, or leaves anything more than a temporary flush.
- Do not use it on someone who cannot tell you how it feels.
- Do not charge it or use it in the bath or shower.
What is normal, and what is not
A temporary reddening along the line you worked is normal and it settles. Pain, blistering, a burn, a rash, or marks that are still there the next day are not. Stop using it and speak to a doctor.
