Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and carrier delays.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Customs inspections or clearance procedures
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Carrier-related delays
• Natural events or circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
