30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact condition in which you received it: unopened, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at lymvanta@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

• Perishable goods

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the eligible product and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. The item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
