The Six Herbs in Lymph Drops, and What Each One Is For
Most supplement labels hide behind a proprietary blend in four-point type. We think you should know exactly what you are taking and why it is there. So here is the full tour: six herbs, six traditional jobs, no mystery.
Echinacea purpurea
The purple coneflower of the North American prairie, and the herbalist's classic for lymphatic support. Echinacea was in traditional use for centuries before it became a high-street staple, and it remains the first plant most herbalists reach for when a system needs support.
European Elder Berry
The hedgerow remedy of Europe. Elderberry has been simmered into syrups and tinctures for generations, traditionally used to support the body's natural defences and healthy fluid balance. If your grandmother had a remedy cupboard, this was probably in it.
Plantain Leaf
Not the banana. Plantago major is the modest green leaf growing through pavement cracks across Britain, and one of the oldest soothing herbs in European tradition, with a long history in drainage blends. Unglamorous, dependable, everywhere: the Labrador of herbs.
Blue Vervain
The traditional nervine: the herb old herbalists chose when a system felt sluggish and slow to move. Vervain carried enough reputation that the Romans considered it sacred. We mostly consider it useful.
Yarrow Leaf
The old circulation herb, found on battlefields and in folk medicine across the northern hemisphere, traditionally used to keep things flowing. Where fluid needs encouragement to move, yarrow has historically been on the ingredient list.
Thyme Leaf
From the kitchen shelf to the apothecary. Long before it seasoned your roast potatoes, thyme was a staple of traditional cleansing blends, valued for centuries across the Mediterranean and beyond.
How they come together
In Lymph Drops, all six herbs are extracted into a concentrated, alcohol-free liquid. One full dropper (1ml) in a glass of water, twice a day. Each bottle holds about 60 servings, the blend is vegan and third-party tested, and there are no harsh diuretics anywhere on the label.
Ten seconds in the morning, ten in the evening. The herbs have been doing this job for centuries; we just made the routine short enough to keep.
Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor if pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
